Killersalad

Hey, I've been playing Arma 3 since the Alpha was released in March with decent fps in singleplayer and multiplayer. After the beta's release I found that while standing still (I can still look around, fire my gun, etc.) I had a high fps but upon moving in any direction my fps would drop to 1-3 frames. I meet the minimum requirements for this game and I don't understand what happened. This occurs in singleplayer and multiplayer. Here is my Dxdiag.
