Herbal Beverage

Hey! I've recently been having this problem for a long time causing me to be unable to play Arma 3. I've completely reinstalled the game and any mods, etc etc, but nothing I do seems to work. I've looked around and one of the fixes has to do with fred41, but I've never used this and there's no registrys for me to edit, so I can't actually change anything. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated The launcher opens fun, but once I hit play it errors with the code in the title; 0xC0000142 STATUS_DLL_INIT_FAILED Needles to say I've no clue what's causing this.
