Whenever I try to connect to a friends server, it says Joining Game, then after about 5-10 seconds, it'll say Connecting Failed. I recently moved to an Apartment at my University and I have been unable to connect to his server since then, but I use the same University internet as I did before. I've tried to reinstall BE, disabling my firewall, running as an Administrator, and several other solutions. I'm not too sure how to open ports or port forward on a University connection, but I'm not sure if that's the issue since I'm still on the same University connection. Other people can join his servers, and we can play together if someone else hosts. If anyone knows what the issue is, that would be greatly appreciated!
