  4. I was wondering if once a AI is aware or has been taken contact by someone it will set off a trigger? I'm wanting some reinforcements to be called in via trigger once some guards are aware that there is a enemy nearby. Antyhing helps thanks:)

    FPS Problem after updating driver..

    'I never really changed settings outside of Arma 3. Do you recommend any setting inside the Nvidia control panel to change to help get better performance? Maybe even if it is just a raise of 5 FPS. Fine with me. But overall, after getting on last night and continuely messing with the settings, I think I fixed the main source of what was killing my fps. I think having the "V-Sync Enabled" made my fps lower quite a bit. After disabling it, it was performing way better.
  6. Hello, I'm in need of some serious help. Previously I bought my computer and it had the default Nvidia 314.22 driver, and I thought maybe if I upgraded to 320.49 driver I would get better performance, even though I had good performance still.. So I downloaded it and it did nothing but just make my FPS bad af. The highest I could get was 30 on low, and on high (I usually played regulary, on SP and even in MP) getting only 20 FPS. In MP I was getting like 15 FPS. Which is not even playable.. so I thought well, might as well switch back to 314.22 driver, but now that I did switch back. My PC is performing the same as it did with the 320.49. I get like 13 FPS in MP on default high settings. 30 On low if Im lucky.. I used to be able to play Ultra in MP with like 25-30 FPS. :/ I just don't know what happened exactly, but I really really need to get this fixed. Im sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, but I need some help. Please anything is helpful. :) Thanks' System specs: I7 3630QM @ 2.4GHz 8 Gigs RAM GeForce GT 650M Win 8 64 Bit
  7. Maybe the automatic hover is on? When it's automatically leveling scroll down on your mouse wheel and click "Turn Autohover off".
  8. I've tried getting some AI, equipped them with Parachutes and jumped out of a plane but when they land on the ground the parachute just drags them whereever and just can't get off the Parachute. I've tried commanding them to disembark, nothing work. Anyone else having this issue?
  9. Im making a mission where you need to find a unit and rescue him, once you get him he will join your group. Now you have to take him to a LZ and have a helo take off with him, but him only. Not the rest of my team. I know I'm going to have to have a trigger where it ungroups him from my team, and then maybe a waypoint for him to get in. Or can I just have the player select him and tell him to board the vehicle? I'm going to be releasing it to armaholic, and I don't want it to be very difficult for the player, if they're new and stuff. I would LIKE to have the player just enter a trigger and it ungroups the rescued unit and he boards the helo, and it flys off, all by itself. Any simple way of doing this? :) Anything is helpful

The Civs have set up multiple sites and are heavily guarded just incase Opfor decides to attack. While all good that Opfor is being slowly taken down, so is Blufor. We are down to just Kamino firing Range, and the best thing to do right now is go for the heart of OPfor. The F.F. civilian leader is stationed at a site near the coast, there is rumors that he has intel on some Opfor gatherings, but most Blufor communication is down, so we are sending a team to go find him. Once you've acquired all of the neccessary information you will decide from there as of how you will execute your new objective. Features: -Adventurous Dynamic Mission. -Up to 6-7 players. -Has BTC Revive Mod. -Allied forces with Civilians. Usage: Go to Play>Multiplayer>New>Pick my mission "Split Resistance: Southern Overthrow" Notes: Yet another sequel mission on the ongoing fight for Stratis between Opfor, Blufor and Civilians. Try my previous singleplayer mission "Split Resistance: Death from the Shadows". Let me know if there is any bugs and I'll try to fix it. Try to fill up all the player spots with players, Ai's don't work too well and can get glitched up in multiplayer.   12. I don't know how to put this exactly but ok, I'm having a mission where you're playing as the team leader, and Im having you lead a team to rescue some bLufor prisoners of Opfor. I have a trigger which will activate once you're in it which will automatically transfer those units to your group, so you can lead them outa there of course. But the trigger only activates when my team leader "TeamLeader1" is there, Is there a script so that when any group member activates the trigger it automatically sends them to whichever group leader that is present? (Because what if you're "TeamLeader1" and you die, and just switch teammates, it automatically makes another unit Team leader, making it where you can't add them to your group now. Anybody can help me with this? kinda hard to explain but I can further explain if needed. btw what's in the trigger atm is just "[blueforPrisoner1] join TeamLeader1"
  13. Hello, thanks for replying. Was wondering if there was any different way to create them a waypoint because I didn't want to have to make a extra sqf file in the mission, since I already have a way to spawn the AI just need them to move to a waypoint. :/
  14. I feel like it would be easier to just have a command to move to a certain marker. I've seen the SetCurrentWaypoint command but I can't figure it out for the life of me. :u haha Wiki doesn't seem to be very noob friendly do you mind explaining what I put in the trigger and stuff? Like I'm not suer what to do with the "_grp" part..
