VforVictory Introduction VforVictory is a ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead tactical clan. We are a international clan, that plays ArmA 2 operations and training missions. We use real life military tactics to get the job done in the most effective way possible. VforVictory is split into four different elements; Ground force, Airforce, Naval and armored corps. Operations and Trainings Every Wednesday at 19:00 GMT till 20:30 GMT we run training missions. These may be your basic training course or simply training with your element but each training with be based around an operation that will be run on the Saturday. Every Saturday at 19:00 GMT till 21:00 GMT we run operations, these operations will use tactics that you've learned in the training and will often run as a campaign. I.E. you have have to secure Takistan as a whole but every week you'll secure one bit at a time. Recruitment Process In order to join VforVictory you must first meet the requirements; You must be over 16 You must have a working microphone You must be able to speak english If you meet these requirements you can apply to join the clan here. After filling out an application form a clan officer will get back to you within 2-3 days. If you are denied you can re-apply in 1 week. If you're accepted you'll then have to pass a basic training which includes; Formations Tactically retreating Tactically advancing Securing and holding areas Ambushing Communication After passing basic training you can then apply to join a element of your choice. Once accepted into the element you may have to under go more training to get used to working with said element. Rank Structure VforVictory bases its ranking structure of real life militarys. Private Private First Class Corporal Sergeant Sergeant First Class Sergeant Major Second Lieutenant Lieutenant Captain Major Colonel If you're application is accepted you're a private, once basic training is complete you will be automatically be promoted to private first class. Second Lieutenant and upwards are commanding officers and are usually in charge of platoons.
