I've never had this issue, but my game is really...choppy. My frames are 40+ but it still does this. It only happens when I move my mouse, or turn. I have uninstalled and re installed, set priority in processes, and messed with basically every setting. Before I had this issue I was able to play on high-very high. It has happened recently.
