So recently I created a private server to host for friends and went through the entire port forward process and it worked because my friend we'll call him "friend 1" is able to join with no issues everytime but when I have my other friend we'll call him "friend 2" he cant see my server in the friends tab or direct connect which doesn't make any sense too me as "friend 1" can see my server on friends tab and can direct connect no problems. We've tried multiple times and can't get it to work. Am i doing something wrong or is it on his end?

It says word for word......"Arma 3 Alpha has stopped working a problem caused the program to stopworking correctly. Windows will close the program and notify a soultion is available." It wont have a soultion so i dont know what to do to fix this?

I have bought the Game Arma 3 and Alpha and i downloaded the game in my steam account ad then when i go to click play it has a inital start up but it wont work for me it says something made it stop working or something like that and i was wondering if someone could help me resolve this problem
