There's going to be variants with and without it. The Tiger's effectiveness in Arma without the cannon is severely reduced, so we included it for gameplay reasons, but realism nuts can play without it.

That effect represents pain. You can take morphine to get rid of it, or just wait for it to decrease over time. -

If you want to use AGM with another medical system, simply remove the AGM_Medical PBO. What suppression blur? -

At the moment the ear buds aren't in a box (We'll add that later). You can add them using it's classname: AGM_EarBuds -

I'm planning to add a module for the medical system allowing mission makers to customize a variety of things: https://github.com/KoffeinFlummi/AGM/issues/104 No. I might do that at some point, but it's alot of work for relatively little gain... -

Sorry for the late response guys. Thanks! We'll integrate that when we have time. While it's not tested, it should work with all sound mods. Certainly works with TFAR. We'll look into that. -

Those are default animations already present in Arma. -
1: We position the weapons so that they are in the right place in relation to the shoulder. The G36 is a fairly high weapon compared to comparable rifles, so if that blocks the guy's vision, there's not much we can do about that, other than having the guy firing from the hip. Regarding optics, most people have them mounted fairly close to the eye: http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/4792/17357310.jpg. You also need to have some room in front of the optic for night vision and IR addons. 2: It's a small hole, that's just what it looks like: Besides, when are you ever using iron sights? :confused:

There's actually a blood effect as well, indicating how heavily you're bleeding at the moment. But all the visuals of the medical system are going to be overhauled at some point in the future. -
