  1. I'm lacking the knowledge to overclock CPUs. Videosettings are all set to medium / normal. Additionally I have downloaded this microsoft hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2645594/en-us?fr=1 The FPS seems to have been increased to 30 / 40.
  2. New System, fresh OS and game install after troubleshooting for a while didn't help... Which ingame settings would you like to know?
  3. Hi there! For a while now I have been playing ArmA 2 and loving it. Specially the ACE mod (also try to play PR, I44 and HiP). However since I have build this new PC I'm experiencing a low FPS ingame, my average is 8 (night) to 12 (day). It is playable but I don't have to tell you that this frame-rate is far from perfect. Before someone tries to eat me and say that I should use the search function for similar or use Google. I did. But I am desperate... For the past few weeks I have been trying everything, lowering the graphics, running more or less CPUs, BIOS updates, closing all background-programs, video-card drivers, even a full system re-install and re-downloading the game. So here is my call for help, I hope that someone can help me out. I will try to provide all the info that I can dig up; for starters my (partial) dxdiag. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 4/3/2013, 16:55:28 Machine name: PC Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130104-1431) Language: Dutch (Regional Setting: Dutch) System Manufacturer: MSI System Model: MS-7640 BIOS: BIOS Date: 10/08/12 16:52:30 Ver: 04.06.04 Processor: AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.1GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8162MB RAM Page File: 4640MB used, 11681MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 64bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found.
