Hello I've sent a mail to bohemia and asked to disable my arma 2 key and give me another one (stolen cd-key) they asked for some pictures and information and told me to replay to the email - when I replay I get an email saying message not recorded permission denied what do I do?

They told me that I have to send it as an attachment. and not to upload them to a file host... Oops that is where I sent the mails... I wrote the wrong email on the threads topic...
