Hi, I'm 3kliksphilip on youtube. I've loved the OFP and Arma series since its release and have decided to do some tutorials on it. What I'm really looking for is feedback to help me to improve my tutorials. I've been making tutorials for years, though I understand that a new game for a new audience may need to follow different rules. Any feedback would be much appreciated. If you think I go too quickly, or fail to mention a really important detail, then please let me know. I'd like to stress that I don't want to teach people EVERYTHING in this tutorial, I'd like to keep it as short and as simple as possible as that's the style that I'd like if I was going to learn the editor for the first time, and it's worked well for my Source-based tutorials in the past. Also, since I don't want to just come storming onto these forums demanding stuff, I've got a peace-offering in the form of a massive interactive map of Altis. I've spent wayyyyyy too much of this year running about random places and archiving it in video-format. I have to say I haven't really come up with a good reason for doing so yet, but if it helps any of you when finding locations for missions or what ever, then I'm pleased I could help! Thanks!

I always figured that this game was more CPU-limited than GPU. I'd say that reducing your resolution as much as possible would help. What processor do you have? And what sort of GPU are you planning on getting?
