  1. I'm looking to buy a good gaming computer and I figure that if it could run Arma3 it would be able to run most games and be good for a few years to come. I originally thought about getting: Case COOLERMASTER CM STORM ENFORCER Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3570K (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache Motherboard ASUS® P8Z77-V LX: USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs, ATI®CrossFireX Memory (RAM) 8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (2 X 4GB) Graphics Card 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready Memory - 1st Hard Disk 500GB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 16MB CACHE Power Supply CORSAIR 650W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX650 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE (£69) Processor Cooling Corsair H80i Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler (£69) I was going to get my brother to overclock the cpu to ~4.5 GHz. However, when I posted the spec on the pcspecialist forums they said that overclocking for gaming is not necessary and thus suggested to get the 3570 over the 3570k and not bother with the H80i. Are they right? Will overclocking make ARMA3 run smoother? An alternative design was also suggested: Case COOLERMASTER CM STORM ENFORCER Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3570 (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache Motherboard ASUS® P8Z77-V LX: USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs, ATI®CrossFireX Memory (RAM) 8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz, X.M.P (2 x 4GB KIT) Graphics Card 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP Memory - 1st Hard Disk 1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm) Power Supply CORSAIR 650W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX650 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE (£69) Processor Cooling Super Quiet 22dBA Triple Copper Heatpipe Intel CPU Cooler (£19) Which would be better for running Arma3? Thanks for any help.
