Friends cant join on my Server but vice versa

We have the same problem and it is the same in Arma 2 ... We do not usually have problems when we only are two, but as soon as we are 3 or 4 players, we have this constant problem. We have tried without Firewall, we use the same software version and etc, but nothing seems to work!!! So your not alone, and I hope there are a solution out there for this issue!
