    Not needed. With ZA, enable Game mode with 'Allow all'.

    All, Had the same starting issue from Steam with ZoneAlarm. I do not have the toolbar. But I did not want to uninstall. Should not be needed, and is not needed. This workaround worked for me. -In ZA, uncheck the box 'start ZA with windows' (or similar) -Reboot -Start STEAM -Start Arma3 -Once in the game, restart ZA Hope this helps
