I have 6GB of ram, what do I do then?

However, very low ping works; 0-90 ms = no lag for me 0-150 ms = no lag for other computer o_O

Win7 AMD A6-3620 APU processor with Radeon HD Graphics 2.20 GHz Pegatron Corporation Motherboard AMD Radeon HD 6530D Graphics or AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series --- Not sure, both are on "Display Device Selection" (help) 6 GB ram I used CPU-Z and system specs.

Well I only lag on multiplayer servers but the other computer at my house doesn't lag on those same servers.

For some reason my game lags although I meet the system requirements. Also, they say that if you can run Arma II you can run Arma III. Well, I run Arma II fine but on Arma III Multiplayer it lags. Not singleplayer though.
