I downloaded the latest drivers from Creative Labs for my Recon 3D sound card and the sound works fine now.

Please help!! Ever since I bought and installed the game 2 weeks ago (Complete Collection on Steam) I've had audio issues. I get really loud hissing, popping, and crackling noises from the game. I'll hear a vehicle driving in a really staticky popping tone without one being near me etc. This only happens with Arma 2. I've tried it with Arma 3 and it works fine. No sound issues in that game at all. Please give me suggestions on what could be the problem. Thanks! I have a XFX Sound card I believe. I'll try to add the stats of my system from DXdiag when I get home from work into this thread. Edit: I'm at work and I'm just hoping someone has had a similar issue and can provide an easy fix that I can apply when I get home tonight.

I am trying to add a helicopter in the editor but it says invalid variable. Am I supposed to put something in the "initialization" area? Thanks for your replies in advance....

Dude of course it will get better. This is an Alpha... not even beta... we are fortunate enough that Bohemia is giving us the privilege to see this game grow and change as it develops. I'm excited.
