How I improve fps You guys can download a demo of bandicam at http://www.shockawenow.net in their freestuff area and it let's you monitor your frame rates. I am running a dell xps and I have found some maps you get better frame rates than others. The best map for best fps is escape from stratis Also that dang post processing is horrible I shut that off to get better fps. Also I have found that if you change settings while in game it seems to lag a lot more if you don't go in and out of the game.

I know we can go into the game and look at the controls from there but it would be good to have something to print out or view during game so we don't have to stop game play to figure out what to do. Can someone knowledgeable on what the keys do..do that? Thanks For example last night I played it and wanted to go from long distance scope optics to red dot sight and couldn't figure it out. Another player said tap ctrl key on the left then right click the mouse and that worked but I couldn't get it back to the scope. I tried the same commands and couldn't do it. Anybody know how to do that? Switch between scopes?

The way I do it is I don't hit the big enter key but the small enter key on the numberpad. If you don't have a keyboard with the numbers separate that might be it..but try the small enter key it's on the far right corner on my keyboard. Hit it again to leave 3rd person mode.

Wanted to let everybody know my experience with Arma 3 is excellent I am playing on a 2nd Gen I5 Dell xps laptop and I put everything on ultra and was able to play it with no lag. I am using Bandicam to record in game video. If you do a search on youtube type in "The most realistic military combat simulator in the world" You will see the video I recorded in game of Arma 3 multiplayer. If you plan on recording: The first video I had the mic volume in bandicam too high so you couldn't hear any in game noise but on the next video I was able to record it flawlessly. I have tried fraps and dxtory and bandicam is best so far it recorded in hd If someone knows where I can find all the keyboard commands for arma 3 on this forum please reply with it thanks. I was having a hard time switching from scope to red dot and back again. I was able to go from scope to red dot by tapping right ctrl and them right clicking the mouse but then I couldn't switch it back to scope again..anybody know how I do that?

During the alpha game play in multiplayer I kept walking and walking and couldn't stop even when I wasn't pressing a key. Another player in game said to switch weapons so I did and that solved it. Hope this helps people. Other than that I am surprised how there are not much problems for it being an alpha. That's basically the only problem I have had so far.
