I said probably because I really don't know, and all I have is the word of other people for it. Personally I never came across any crucified children in Russian media. I would encourage people to use the word "probably" more often.
-
Is it the only TV channel in Russia(that is rhetorical)? In short, both sides tell lies, and that is the truth.
-
Of course there's Russian media reporting about problems, same as there are western (again, especially US) media spreading propaganda (willingly or not). You can't say "they're full of crap, we're amazing".
-
"There probably is propaganda in Russian media, but what I find funny is that people think that this is not the case with US and EU (especially US)." As I happened to mention.
-
It is not just being able to criticize the government, it's what's being served to people on more important topic. Example is that everyone thought Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. Turned out that was a lie.
-
It is not that faaaaar away, it is just more subtle.

I think someone already posted that.

Those are generators.

The "Russian" in eastern Ukraine were needed to give an impression to soldiers that they are not killing their former neighbours and friends, but foreign aggressors.
-
And it fails on all of that except last one. The towers are 20km a part as you said, so ineffective at spotting, the crossing equipment can easily be prepared outside the border, so not slowing down anything.
-
So it is truly pointless, building a defense that could be crossed with couple of logs and some dirt.
-
So basically a ditch?
-
Not just a trench, it's a defense line, with towers, walls, fences, barricades, mines etc.
-
You need manpower, not just tools. That costs, a lot. As for slowing it down, any good army would clear it in no time. You don't even need expensive resources, just some explosives, mine cleaners, and ramps. And even if they couldn't clear it, there are always airborne troops which land behind it. Ukraine couldn't organize it's army for months now, so 5 min or even a day wouldn't help much. ---------- Post added at 12:01 ---------- Previous post was at 12:01 ---------- That's how it usually works.

Serbian Armed Forces (SAF) [v0.90]
aleksadragutin replied to Mladja-ArmASerbia's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
There's still a long way to go till it comes to discussing that. Maybe, and if we decide to do it I doubt that it will cover a period before 1985. -
Waste of good money. None of that could stop a modern army, especially one such as Russian.

Vas, if it's not too much to ask, what software do you use? I'm guessing photoshop, but do you work with any additional programs? -
But then again, NATO has been known to make intelligence mistakes.
-
Apparently, news are now "this guy I found laying in the street said he saw...". Kind of unreliable, don't you think?
-
Yeah, I'm talking about Russia and Europe today. Today it would be much harder to maintain.
-
Sure, but is it worth maintaining order in a hostile environment, supplying remote areas etc.? That is one of the reasons why USSR cracked in the first place.
-
Territory doesn't always equal strength.

I think they will actually have a guerilla/green faction too. There were some in Zeus on that demo video, don't know if it's RHS made or not.
