Before Kosovo declared anything, thousands of terrorist crossed the border and started attacks all over Serbia. Then there's the fact that Kosovo has always been Serbian with minorities illegally crossing the border, and if that is not enough, there's a legal joke of a declaration of independence which was made legal in the eye's of the west. Kosovo has nothing to do with previous Yugoslav wars. It was a battle against terrorism on our territory much like the US invading foreign countries to stop terrorist (just more legal). Just wanted to make this clear so you can see how the Crimea scenario is made possible by the Kosovo one.
-
You can call it a joke if you want, still, Ukraine has no power in Crimea.
-
Technically they didn't annex it. And no, not like Crimea. Nevertheless people are calling them separatists.
-
They call them separatists because Russia already refused them. As far as the "intervention" goes, there really is no solid proof that Russian army is even in Ukraine. Sending aid, sure, but not an army intervention.

Why would he be retarded? The point was that anyone can find, buy and wear a uniform.
-
This guy wasn't really a soldier type (short, skinny and pale), but he was Russian. Anyway the point is that he could have, and had purchased the uniform, same as anyone in Ukraine could have done.
-
I was in Vienna 2 days ago, and I saw a guy wearing the same uniform. You're saying this like it is impossible to buy that kind of a uniform.

Serbian Armed Forces (SAF) [v0.90]

Not really thicker, just generally better shaped. -
When ever you add small minorities to the mix, you end up with a lot of hate. Those minorities are not really being persecuted and they will almost always "invent" more and more things to get a wider support (the best example of this is Kosovo Albanians, which is a story really similar to this). And Crimea is practically not Ukraine anymore (in theory yes, also depending on whom you ask).
-
Yes, I know that. But regarding this post, and this long after Crimea joined Russia.

What do Tatars have to do with anything?

If we had that much money by 2020, we would be a superpower.

To bad people everywhere mostly rely on mainstream media.

Ð: You can inform your self in Russia too. B: I never said it was OK to lie, just said that it has apparently become sociably acceptable. Some here were mentioning the specific wickedness of Russia, which is actually common to everyone (so it's not fair to bash one side). The Case and Point is that Russia is no different from anyone else regarding war-time propaganda.
-
Case and point, exactly.
-
Unless it's not true. Like I said, we don't know.

RHS: Armed Forces of the Russian Federation A3 WIP Thread

Do you take any photos of wear and tear and overlay it, or is it all hand painted? I love the rust around the welds. :D -
Exactly, and because you can't be 100% sure of anything it always helps being careful and using maybe, probably, and not marking something right away as evil. For all we know when faced with contradictory stuff is that what we were previously being told is actually wrong and thus forming our opinion.
-
Have to disagree with you on this one. For example west will call their enemy's evil and western people would agree. East would say the same for the west and eastern people would agree. And then there is the information war which makes it even harder to recognize true evil. And my point this whole time was that everyone's doing it, so you can never be 100% sure of what you know. It is not enough to know the truth, you have to know the whole truth to make a good judgment, and that's why media don't have a full coverage, to show you the part of the picture they want you to see.
-
I never painted anyone as naive, but if you truly believe that only Russian media lie, then... I don't now what to say, I'm simply speechless. ---------- Post added at 16:20 ---------- Previous post was at 16:19 ---------- Of course morality is based on what's sociably acceptable.
-
What is acceptable in the world is determined by how many people do it, so yeah. If everyone spreads propaganda, then you can't call one side evil. And what do I describe? That media outside of Russia are capable of lying? How does my demented mind dear of conjuring such things?
-
Why am I arguing with you people? If you think western media is true and flawless(every media, has at least a bit of truth in it), then you are demented. Russian media lie when they spread rumors against Ukranians and the west, same as the west lies when spreading rumors about their enemies. Believe what you want, but please don't stubbornly accept anything opposite to Russia as the truth. I understand sarcasm, it's just that the comparison is idiotic.
-
It really is not that much better.
-
Wait, if your aunt is Russian, doesn't that mean that you are also?
