Yeah maybe so but all I'm saying is that it wouldn't be so hard to me to give away 70€ for nothing if they would answer to me in person so that I can believe that I'm getting something for my lost money. In facebook they said that all customers should have their keys now but I'm getting no response from them and it worries me a BIT.
18h now, my 70€ is gone and still no answer. I've sent support email but only thing I got was automated response message.. People are getting numerous confirmation messages but I've got none! Why is it still so hard to answer?
Same here.. I payd with credit card and I can see the transaction in my bank account but nothing from bis yet. Very dissapointing when you wanna be the one to support something like this and then you have to wait and watch your friends play it already.
