Well I've done that twice already. It's approaching 24 hours since I bought the game so I thought I would try ask here and see if anyone could assist me. I suppose I'll just keep those tickets going and going until someone actually looks at it.

It's been a really long time and I still haven't received any keys, nor any kind of update regarding my support e-mails. I purchased the Supporter Edition roughly an hour and 20 minutes after the store opened and started selling Arma 3. I paid via CC and I was able to punch in my details and I began to start processing the actual payment. After this the site died on me once again. I checked my bank transaction history online and I could see that the money for the Supporter Edition was indeed deducted and sent to Bohemia. I understand that these things happen and I'm trying to be patient, but I'm becoming really impatient at this point. I've made two support ticket claims, one from Bohemia's website and I've sent an e-mail directly to support@bistudio. I would just buy the game on Steam at this point but the money I put aside for Arma 3 is out of my bank account now.
