  1. It's been more than 24 hours since money was taken from my card. No emails confirming my order nor any reply from support. Should I simply make a new order?

    Can't buy supporter edition?

    Marek, thanks for the update. I was one of the earliest purchasers of the Supporter Edition and money was taken from my credit card. However during the redirect back to the BI store failed (probably due to high server load) and so money was taken but my account was not updated with the games or codes. I also did not receive any emails about my purchase. Should I purchase the Supporter Edition again? What happens if I was one of the 500 who made it into the credits list but was not counted because of payment issues?
