close fraps, msi afterburner or any kind of program running on the backround.

-have you tried lauching the game in window mode? -close fraps, msi afterburner o any other program and then launch the game -reset your nvidia control panel to default.

PD: the -high command doesn't work. i use the others to start the game faster. you can alt+tab and set it to high on the task manager.

go for MSI afterburner. can check fps, GPU temp. clocks, usage and more.

yup your GPU is the problem, look at my specs i can play it on high. >40fps

yes, that happened to me when i tweaked nvidia control panel, just ingame try to change some settings if you press ESC it let you view the options also try to start the game in window mode.

this is the only game that occurs? might be a power supply issue or even a video card issue.

so if you have fraps open and you run arma 3 the game wont start i use MSI afterburner to check temps, fps. its not a big deal but its there.

awesome frames in editor mode and 99% gpu usage multiplayer terrible fps and 50% gpu usage
