Is there supposed to be no parameters button now?

When I start it it says "you cannot play/edit this mission, it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.3DEN"

What does "rebuild asset" at the HQ flag do? Costs 10 000.

Also having another issue, in the inventory at HQ, I have 10 olive backpacks (double checked to make sure there is 10) and they have been in there for a while, they still haven't been added to the arsenal. The only backpack in the arsenal is just the urban carryall.

I have been trying to make roadblocks, I press Y, go to build, click the place on the map, and nothing happens. A truck full of AT guys spawns at my HQ, but never moves, and it keeps saying please wait until current roadblock is finished before making another. Great mission by the way, it's really fun.

Alright thanks, I am just being stupid. I read the instructions and the readme and when i run eliteness now it says I am missing a file called mfc110.dll I did a google but can't find anything about this 1 dll

I tried searching and nothing that helps comes up. So I tried to DL that and install it AAAAAAAAAND.......... It just says error opening file for writing and gives a bunch of errors. It says I need debo.dll The thing is, I HAVE THAT, it's in my system32 folder.... WTF I ran eliteness again in admin, still says "hurr duur no depbo"

I usually play ARMA 2 with no shadows, medium textures, no sort of "UBER 1337 FXAA" or anything, PPE (Post Processing Effects) turned off. Like a menu for logged in admins or hosts (if the game is hosted from a PC and not dedi server) that allows them to spawn ANY weapon and vehicles right infront of them. Including addon weapons and vehicles (Ex. the host downloads an AC130 mod, he can then use the admin menu to add the AC-130) I know almost NOTHING about creating addons and scripting for ARMA 2 so if there is nothing like this already made could someone make one? Doesn't have to look nice or anything, just to do it's purpose. I know you can add vehicles and stuff by editing the mission files but this takes about half an hour and then when me and my friends get into a mission we figure out "awwww dang, we're missing ________"

Could anyone recommend any large takeover or sandbox missions, sort of like Evolution?

Ok I play this missions but on a server hosted by pressing the 'New" button in the MP tab the custom actions in the action menu are invisible! This issue gets resolved by using a dedicated server but the dedi servers lags more than a server hosted by pressing the new button. EDIT: It seems to be random whether the menus decide to show up or not

So I have been trying to edit Evolution because I just want to add some basic stuff. I added some vehicles, now I export it as an MP mission. But here is the problem. When I start I noticed there was no parameters option! Now I check the file and THERE ARE NO MORE SQF's. It's just 1 file called mission.sqm. How do I fix this? BTW, I do not know how to script or anything (except copying and pasting lol) so if I need to fix anything by scripting and stuff I might need detailed instructions/

The file was called something like evo main menu. All I want to do is spawn some new vehicles.
