Hello and welcome to the 101st Airborne Division! We are, first and foremost, an ArmA 3 Milsim unit. This means we follow US military ranks, structure, as-well as customs and courtesies. We also use Task Force Radio in game as our way of communication. Our goal is to create the best military simulation environment possible. We have multiple servers at our disposal. We have a server strictly for our training map so our members can better their skills as-well as attend schools to become qualified for more MOS’ and sections. Our other server cycles custom public missions for our members to play on. __________________________________ Our Structure: * 101st Airborne Division, 502nd Infantry Regiment The 101st Airborne Division is our main unit within the group. Upon enlisting within the 101st, you will become proficient at airborne insertions, ground assaults, as-well as air-assault insertions. After joining the unit, you will attend a joint basic training that involves every new member of the unit before going to a unit-wide advanced individual training program to specialize your skills. * 75th Ranger Regiment, 3rd Battalion - Future Addition The 75th Rangers are a possible addition to the unit once the 101st has enough members. The 75th will function as a large assault force to take on separate objectives during a mission than the 101st though they will primarily be a large scale support unit. * 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment - Limited Spots The 160th SOAR function as our entire unit’s air transport and occasionally CAS unit. Though in real life, the 160th only functions as transport for Special Forces and Special Operations units, we have given them multiple roles to keep our pilots entertained while aiding the entire group. * 5th Special Forces Group - Closed The 5th SFG functions primarily as a pathfinding unit for the 101st. The unit is made up of some of our best members and will remain a small, tight-knit group functioning as a forward recon unit.
