Hey guys I am trying to find the correct information to contact Bohemia, so far I've found this and I would like to verify this is correct.

I've already sent one email into Bohemia (about a Bad Serial Number (I've already read & tried all the threads regarding this) and Czech Republic Installation Issue) only to receive a semi - mediocre response in the first email, followed by a second response (from a different person) stating there was nothing they can do. I've since replied, but it's been 7 days, so my best guess is these emails are deleted and they could care less. So, since I am getting shafted I plan on getting to the bottom of this and having my issue resolved, one way, or another. So if anyone is able to verify this information I would greatly appreciate that.
