Spawn a single BAF Medic using a trigger
Brad posted a topic in ARMA 2 & OA : MISSIONS - Editing & Scripting
Hi,Trying to spawn a single BAF Medic using a trigger..... I'm making it so when I/my soldier reaches 100m near to the medi tents a single medic will spawn This is how i've written it into the trigger ("medic1" being the spawn point):- groupName = CreateGroup BLUFOR; groupName = [getMarkerPos "medic1", BAF_Soldier_Medic_W, 1] call BIS_fnc_spawnGroup; If someone could correct where ive gone wrong here, id be most grateful to them thankyou. -

Thanks tryteyker he spawns now ....but he doesnt appear to be on BLUFOR's side so doesnt heal me -
Much appreciated Jakerod, but did'nt work the way i wrote it in. It is seat number 6 for the co-pilot (the 6th AI sits in the co-pilots seat) and the helicopter is the Merlin HC3 [bAF] (as it is written in editor) so i tried this this action ["getInCargo", Merlin_HC3,6]; and this this action ["getInCargo", Merlin_HC3_ [bAF],6]; i know i'm writting this wrong but i'm new and i apologize to you.... for something so simple to you is so new to me ---------- Post added at 04:35 ---------- Previous post was at 03:33 ---------- EDIT==== Jakerod a big thankyou for trying to help me ....but to save you from trying to explain how and where it all goes to a noob...ill settle for a equally as good free and working merlin from DDAM Danish Defence Army Module RDAF EH101 Merlin The Eh101 Merlin is more or less like the BAF Merlin but this version differs a bit â– Diffrent nose section â– FLIR dome â– Copilot/Observer (WORKING) http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15710

Hi all, searched for answers for ages and gave up... in Arma 2 - British Armed Forces im having problems with the AH11 Wildcat and HC-3 Merlin helicopters 1 ..In the AH11 Wildcat how do i change weapons in gunner seat (change to 20mm cannon) 2...In the HC-3 Merlin how do i get into the front passenger seat (left front seat) always sends me in the back or pilot thanks in advance

Thanks Slatts....Not the answer i wanted to hear on the co-pilot seating...and maybe bad designing/modeling of a cool Addon But you've cleared up something that i was trying for days to get to work and was beginning to really bug me out...so thankyou for that

Ok then, Was there ever a fix to the seating of the co-pilot ? surely after a couple of years something was done, as its still being sold ?
-
Was this ever fixed with a new patch ?? As i never got any reply to a thread that i was asking about this DLC http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?150504-AH11-Wildcat-and-HC-3-Merlin-helicopters
