Hey. Ive been looking into upgrading my PC to better handla Arma2 and Arma2 OA. One of the candidates GPU wise is the Geforce GTX 690 4GB. How well this will utilize the Arma 2 game engine? Will it function optimal or is it not entirely compatible? (Im asking because I remember once when I had a HD5970 someone told me the arma engine wasnt equipped to make full use of the cores power?) And what kind of draw distance could I use if I had an Intel 3770k CPU, and still get smooth fps? Would this CPU be good enough to run the game on a decent level? I just dont want it to be a bottleneck compared to my GPU. My resolution is 1920x1080p. What RAM should I go with to be in balance with the rest? I was thinking Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 1866MHz? Any thoughts and replies welcome :) -Scud.
