I experienced the same thing, but i found that patience solves it. When i press refresh i only see about 70 servers, then I just let it sit for a bout 30 seconds and the rest of the servers pop up.

Me and my friend have been trying to play this campaign in coop, but every time we get to first save point he will get ported into me and we both control the squad leader. Does anyone have a solution to this?
