  1. Hello, I am having issues with a new copy of ArmA 2: Combined Operations. I was BattleEye banned on my old copy, on my Steam account. I had Steam remove the original copy from my account, so I may be able to repurchase a new CD Key and activate it on Steam. I went to the BI Studio Store and purchased a new copy of ArmA 2: Combined Operations (Steam Version). I was given a serial key and activated it on Steam no issue. Now, whenever I go play I am still getting the BattleEye Global Ban message. As per Steam's instructions, I exited Steam, cleaned my registry of all Bohemia Interactive registry keys, ran Steam as Administrator and then verified the ArmA 2 Installation. Still getting the Global Ban Message. I was told by Steam that a new Serial would overwrite the old one if purchased elsewhere than the Steam Store (but it seems as if this isn't the case, and they told me to seek help here if I have any more issues after the registry cleansing). I also contacted Battle Eye and was told that I may play again if I get a new CD Key, so I don't think it's anything Hardware or IP related. I am stumped on how to get ArmA 2 working again other than buying it once more and activating it on a new Steam account, which I don't want to do. And no, I won't be doing anything fishy this time around.
