I only have this problem with "Sa-Matra wasteland servers" my friends can connect but i cant somehow no idea why

Hi can someone help me. The problem is that i cant connect to any ARMA2.RU wasteland sandbox servers, when i try to connect the Wait for Host will pop up and will stay there for like 10 minutes and nothing is happening. I've tried reinstalling, disabled firewall, updated battleye etc and still nothing
