Hi, i can't run ARMA II. i have no idea why but every time i try to play it it comes up with those boxes all of them ticked apart from 2 and then it almost launches and then comes up with a Microsoft error saying this program has encountered an issue. I have tried re-installing 3 times and non of them worked. I meet the minimum to recommended system requirements so i don't know. Please help me!

Ok, i don't know what happened but this morning i started my pc up and tried to play it, it then started to do what my problem was before, not starting so i tried the "Run As... and then hit admin typed in my password and it still didn't work, so i don't know.

yes i clicked run as administrator thank you SO much for all you're time help and effort (every one here Gunter Severloh, ChrisB and @ST) and a HUGE -FACEPALM- to me! :)

ok i am running Xp 32 bit CPU - Core 2 Due 3.00 Ghz (E8400) Graphics card - ATI Radeon HD 5670 1024 MB RAM - 2GB and my computer is running as admin by default i will double check on that though ---------- Post added at 10:04 ---------- Previous post was at 09:59 ---------- and i can't take out the last " in my target line - C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2oa.exe" or it will say " the name "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2oa.exe specified in the target box is not valid. i think i know what the problem is, since i only have half the folders i should have it will probably be a faulty disk if i don't have everything that i should

i'm on XP so these are the only thing's i have 'Windows Explorer' My 'Documents' 'My Computer' thats all where files are kept apart from Music and pictures

still n ot working ;n; i am getting really desperate now and i know it's not my computer i only just did a re-format about 3 days ago

i am running Windows XP so it's in Program files

that didn't work either ;n; i have an idea, maybe call the game store i got it from and see if they might be able to help

right click the desktop icon and go to properties and find the 'target' line and copy it?

there's no path there yet it's a blank path section
