  2. So I've been looking for a while and I think this will do amazing with BF3, Arma 2 and Arma 3. It is a great value for what it is and the CPU speed, except the GPU. I'm not sure but I think a GT 610 sucks, I think it will be able to run Arma 2 on low settings until I upgrade. I think I will save up and but a GTX 660 for around $200 or cheaper. I just wanted to see what you guys think of this system. Is there something else in the $600 range with the same basic stuff and a better GPU? Please let me know! :D http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/CYBERPOWERPC-Gamer-Ultra-GUA380-AMD-FX-4100-3.60-GHz-Gaming-Computer/7401886/product.html I forgot to mention I can get the same computer with a GT 520, the only difference if the GPU. http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/CyberpowerPC-Gamer-Xtreme-GUA250-w-AMD-FX-4100-3.6GHz-Gaming-Computer/6325729/product.html
  3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130653 This one looks promising, and its a Z77 affordable and I saw someone with the same motherboard same graphics card, CPU and RAM playing arma with all settings on high and view distance on 10000. Just look at this game play, it is absolutely incredible! this is basically the exact setup I hope to have.
  4. The motherboard I have now takes a MAX of 2 gig I don't think 4 gig would work in it. I already made a decision on the processor, graphics card and RAM. I plan on getting it up to 16 gm of ram on my birthday. I was looking at this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128555
  5. I'm looking at gameplay and these cards right now, they look amazing, most people are playing with lower end i5 CPUs and higher end graphics cards with all settings on high or very high with 40 fps or more. Thanks for the help :) I cant wait to play Arma, I already bought it but i get 1 fps... I'd just like an opinion on a motherboard upgrade. A 2 gig ram isn't cutting it for me.
  6. Thanks, right now my motherboard is an ASRock 775vm800 and only holds 2gb of ram and I only have 1gig in it. Once I make these upgrades what FPS could I expect?
  7. Okay thanks, no matter what I get it will be an extreme upgrade from what I have now, My motherboard is an ASRock 775vm800 and only holds 2gb of ram but I only have 1 gb in it and my video card is only a 256 mb card so as of right now my computer is worth maybe $100. If I make those upgrades what fps do you think I could expect?
  8. Okay, as you all know Christmas is coming up, and after the holidays I will have some money to spend. I have been looking for a while and want to know if these few things will run Arma II. What I am upgrading: -Motherboard: I am planning to upgrade this to a Asus P8B75-M -Processor: I am planning to upgrade this to intel Core i7 3770 -Ram: planning on updraging this to 16GB DDR3-1600 -Video card: I am planning on upgrading this to a nVidia geforce gt 640 or a Asus gtx 550 ti Okay so here is my question, will I be able to run Arma II on at least medium setting smoothly? My budget is $600 so please make suggestions! :) Thanks!
