    low FPS in multiplayer

    Most the LOW FPS is the servers I think. I have a i5 2550k, GTX 560 Ti 1gb EVGA SuperClocked, and in most servers I get 40+ FPS (clouds and shadows turned low) and then I join other servers get like 15 FPS because their scripts have been running for a long time. Like Takistan Life, after 500 minutes it starts lagging and stuff...

  4. I'm not a mission maker, I took the PBO and did the Local Profile thing so I can open it in editor and then put it back but it had no scripts or any MSO features at all. But the ACE one should have had the Desert USMC anyways rather than the Woodland USMC because it's ACE edition lol
  5. Highhead, on the next release are you able to make the USMC slots in Takistan the ACE Desert Marines that are included in ACE? Everytime I switch em out it ruins the mission.

  9. So ARMA 3 isn't going to simulate body armor related to VBS? Just gonna be able to shoot a guy and he falls dead instead of lets say shooting a 5.56 at a range against another solder with armor and it just goes through and kills him? No simulation there...?

  13. @ 2:20 there is a body armor simulation in VBS, is this what ARMA 3 body protection will be like? @ 4:20 is the blood and gorey part in ARMA 3? Also what's the point of helmet mounted cameras in ARMA 3?
  14. I find MSO more fun than Domination & Warfare. People should be more aware of it.
  15. I use sixupdater with alot of mods and I've added some vehicles and they had [uSMC] at the end, they were automatically available to logistics demand in MSO and [uS Army] had the tank, a few humvees and the MH47 I've added. But they didn't have the Paladin or UH60s which end with [uS Army].
  16. How'd you get the uh60 and paladins in there? Was expecting them to be auto-added as they have [uS Army] at the end. Using different map though.

  18. Jeth I think you have to DePBO it and put it in ARMA 2 Other Profiles > Name > Missions then load it in editor. Everytime I do that though it ruins scripts :l Curious in this too Jeth as on Takistan ACE I would like the USMC to be desert not green...

  20. I notice the main map says it's 270 Km which = 160 something miles? Chernarus & Takistan was only like 10 miles... So is this map like HUGE or something as in taking a light truck and driving from south to north for like 5 hours without stopping?
  21. Yeah those are ACE vehicles but it's kay we got the vehics we want / need, and I've only changed scripts in your original MSO. PS- Hope to see MSO in the A3 Alpha next month xD!
  22. See the in-game name is LAV-25 so this means you use that? But at the end of the units name (their blufor) it says [uS Navy] so this means USMC or US Army can't get them because their tags are [uS Army] or [uSMC] right? Edit: Their mods downloaded from Armaholic such as MaxxPro's MRAPs.
  23. I've been trying to take the MSO 4.55 mission and editing it to change recruitable Ai and make hosts have logistics demand. I've done it before with the Takistan map but seems the one that works was an accident, now I'm trying to do it to Chernarus as Takistan is already there. Anyways I use eliteness, double click the PBO, it opens it, I edit the 2 folders which doesn't damage it at all, then I right click the main folder and do MakePBO or CreatePBO and goto the game and it'll say MAX SLOTS: Unknown, GAME TYPE: Unknown, and RESPAWN: NONE. It goes like MPMissions>mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus>mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus>Modules,scripts,core, everything else. I tried on both folders to CreatePBO or MakePBO. If I get the vanilla PBO the PBO is called mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus but in game it would be MSO 32 ACE COOP USMC UN VS INS 4-55.Chernarus Guess I dunno how to get it back to actually being playable..

Earlier on in pages I asked on how to add vehicles and a guy told me, but if it doesn't have [uSMC] or [bAF] at the end of the vehicles name does this mean that USMC nor BAF slots can order them because of that? Also if in game the vehicle name is like Vehicle-Name One or (One) because some have (and) on them, which would it go like tup_logistics_land = ["HMMWV_M2","Vehicle-Name_One"]; or tup_logistics_land = ["HMMWV_M2","Vehicle-Name_(One)"]; The vehicles I'm adding at the end have the name [uS Navy] or [162 Soar] at the end of them but I don't think we include those, but this means US Army, BAF, & USMC can't get them?
