Hi, I'm here to present my first mission for Iron Front, it's the first time I use Arma 2 editor and script, any feedback will be greatly appreciated. I hope you'll have as much fun as I had doing it and playing it. Description Mayhem is a simple, highly replayable mission, aim to provide quick, fun and random battles around Staszow. Installation Just put the ifa file into your folder mission and you're good to go ! Details You start as a cow and you can switch (using "t" key by default) to almost any unit that will spawn. A semi-random location (5 possible locations) is chosen where the battle will take place, some buildings will be randomly placed here, and units will spawn from each side to try to capture it. The side with the most units in the cap zone will gain points, and win if they attain the score of 50 (or 25 if there's no enemy unit left in the zone). Battles usually last 5 to 10 minutes and will vary greatly depending and what units will spawn. Known bugs - The first start of the mission is a bit long - When you switch to another unit after you died, sometimes the sounds are totally messed up Possible future updates Only infantry and tanks are used for now, I may include mechanized infantry in the future, but I don't think I'll add planes. In a near future, I hope to add random weather and time of day, and to adapt the map to other islands. I recently updated my computer with a i7 and good amount of memory, the game is still quite slow. Keep in mind that's it's an (even) less optimized version of the arma 2 engine, so don't except it to run smoothly on anything. :p
