Enemy AI Carrier Issues

What I do is I set sail to the island next to the one being attacked. There I wait for my supplies and prepare for the imminent pursue. Once the enemy taken my island, it will aim for another closest to it excluding the one I am located. So when the crew tells me it begin attacking another island, I set sail for that immediately. I don't know 100% if enemy follow fuel usage rules the same as us. If it does, it shouldn't have enough fuel to go any where and could be why I am able to catch it every time. But even if it ignores that rule, the AI generally don't have enough time to escape with my method. One time I did the same as usual and caught it perfectly. Its walrus was on the island, so I send mine and destroyed the carrier while it was near defenseless. -

Apart from the crashes I encountered, I think I can enjoy this game potential. But the crashes are preventing me from getting that. 1. Can't order Manta to use hook, I'm a bit disappointed with that, but I'm pretty good at doing that manually now. 2. I think fuel runs out a bit too fast IMO. I pretty much have to order a supply run with fuel non-stop while I hop between neutral islands. Then I need to have non-stop supplies once again when I had to head all the way down from top to bottom when the enemy attack one of my island. While I enjoy the idea of more carefully planning your fuel, the map screen doesn't exactly tell you how much fuel is needed, and because the ship don't have a proper inventory screen, I can't tell how much fuel and fuel pack I need to optimize my supply runs. 3.Walrus pathfinding is dumb, but thank god I don't have much problem with that so far. I just like using hooks to extract my walrus. 4. Tooltips on weapons are too minimal. Overall I like the game, had it not been crashes, I would have been playing this non-stop. But ATM I barely managed to invade 2 islands in 1 save game. I'm having the same amount of content I can access in a full game as I was playing the beta, that is sad. -
Alright I really want to enjoy this game, but it is too buggy ATM for that to happen. 1. When you just arrive to an island (the transition from Preparing to warp in count down to normal game speed) If you have equipment screen on, the game crashes for me. 2. Game crashes when I set sail to an island being attacked by another carrier while a supply ship is also coming(really? One of a key gameplay mechanics and it doesn't work?) 3. When outside an island area, there seem to be a graphical glitch where the surrounding water are darken. Kind of like an aura of low gamma lighting around the carrier. This glitch only appears when you move the camera to a certain but common angle. 4. Mouse is sluggish in main menu and FPS mode during the campaign, mouse sensitivity seem to be out of control.
