Probably because the games been released half finished their only hope was to release it before news of how bad it is gets out.

I assume this is a bug as there is no vibration for controllers on the Xbox 360. Please fix this ASAP as without it playing the game is a bland experience and this is going to make my copy a trade in for sure. Also what's the chances of there being any feedback about the patch/bug fixes and progress of any patches?
