Is there any way to disable fuel stations on a map, specifically Namalsk?

If anyone has some kind of civillian weapons pack comprised of easy-to-acquire arms like outdated rifles and whatnot, something that rebels might use.

Hello, I'm very new to editing missions in Arma and am attempting my first try at creating a mission. I face a small problem at the moment and probably will encounter many more as I progress through my project, so I'll be back here quite often. My problem is that I'm trying to remove all the items in a vehicles inventory. More specifically, a Russian utility truck's default ammunition that it carries. I want the vehicle's inventory to be completely bare, and possibly to add my own gear to its inventory. I've tried looking through the Arma 2 editor commands on the community site and tried doing various scripts to remove the ammunition without any luck. If you'd be as so kind as to help me I'd be very appreciative. Thank you BI community.
