First of all I just want to say hello because I am new to this forum as well as the ArmA series itself. Anyway, my problem is, is that I am currently a private rank in multiplayer, and I want to fly the planes and helicopters in multiplayer, but when I’m right up the aircraft’s cockpit, the game doesn’t allow me to get in the cockpit. Do I have to be at a certain rank to fly planes, or do I have to do something in the game to make myself a pilot and/or engineer? I've been looking all over for an answer, but came up with nothing, which is why I finally decided to post here. Cheers. :)

So how do I get into one of these "pilot slots"? Is it before I actually spawn?

yeah its like everytime i jump into a server, there are players who a flying aircrafts but i cant....how do i make myself a pilot anyway?
