Hello there. I'm Jankus, I'm 17 now and I'm looking for Arma 2 Milsim unit with ACE and ACRE. Started playing Arma few years ago (can't remember when exactly) and right afterwards the purchase of Arma, I joined an Milsim unit called 4thID. Of course after 4thID I was in some other units where I learned pretty much all the skills I have right now. Mostly in other units I have been a team leader, less often a squad leader and one time even a air detachment leader. Some people said that I was quite good at doing my job. Also been making quite a lot of missions where always after the game people said that they're good so I can offer some of that. What I'm looking for pretty much is ACE/ACRE Milsim unit, english talking with nice people. What I can offer in exchange is being good obviously, willing to follow the rules, leadership and making some missions. So yeah... if you're interested in me, just PM me and we can talk business. P.S. looking for Arma 2 unit cause Arma 3 isn't what I was expecting to be so for me it's the good old A2.

"America's Battalion" "Fortune Favors the Brave" Introduction: Hello, I’m Sergeant J. Jankus. I’m here to represent the newly made ArmA II Realism Unit, 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines from real life United States Marine Corps units. We strive to achieve the most realistic playstyle as possible, so that means we use mods such as ACE and ACRE to achieve the realism in Arma II military life as much as possible, as well we use real life USMC structure from single soldier to even company or battalion sized elements. Official Trainings and Operations are on Fridays and Saturdays 1800 or 1900 GMT (London time). Organization: We are 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines from 3rd Marine Division ( United States Marine Corps). 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines is specalized in Light Infantry. 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines is divided in 5 Companies – 3 Rifle Companies, India, Kilo, and Lima, a Headquarters and Service Company (H&S), and a Weapons Company. We are currently filling up Lima Company 1st Platoon. A USMC Rifle Platoon is devided in Platoon HQ – Plt. Commander, Plt. Sergeant, Plt. RTO and Plt. Corpsman. Every rifle Platoon consists of 3 rifle squads, each with 13 marines. Available Positions: Within our unit, the Squad Leader will assign the player to the position which are most needed for the mission objective, as well what the marine has trained best. We welcome Infantry at any time. MOS 0311 Rifleman. How to join: First of all, the player can contact us on our website or teamspeak 3 server. There he will be linked with an application form within the website. The player will fill out an application and will be on standby for response by one of the NCOs. This response will take maximum 24 hours. If the application is accepted, the player will get a rank of Private (Pvt) and will assigned to a BCT group. For the BCT, we require atleast Four Privates. After passing BCT, the Private will be promoted to Private First Class (PFC) and will be assigned to his squad. The BCT consists of shooting range, radio usage, first aid, formations and so on. Update: Operation Red Hammer: With CDF getting more ground each day, the Chedaki threatened to conduct airstrikes upon its villages and cities. The chedaki have now established a good position around Vybor Village and have stationed numerous SU-25 at the airbase. 26th MEU is to secure this as soon as possible. With still many Chedaki Forces around the Southern parts of the province, this will be a long lasting Campaign. Luckily enough, 26th MEU secured Tulga, a little village NE of Kamyshovo. On 11-8-2013, ICOY was tasked with securing both Kamyshovo and Tulga. This because, intelligence elements recently receive intel from NAPA (Local guerilla organization) about Chedaki Forces settled in both Kamyshovo and Tulga again ( Both villages were secured earlier by Friendly Forces). The patrol was a succes with 26th MEU having 15 confirmed kills, finding/destroying 3 Chedaki weapon cache's and 1 UAZ 50.CAL. 26th MEU had no friendly KIA's, but lost two humvees within heavy Firefights. The date of next patrol is still unkown. Camp Toronto at Balota Airfield, will be finished at 25/08/2013. Recruit Training Area: We now have improved trainings for recruits. The recruit training will last around 2 hours over a period of two days. Dedicated Server: The 24 slot dedicated server has been removed and replaced by a 30 slot server. Tho the 30 slot server will be officially up in around a week, due to maintainence. Layout Update: Everybody from 2nd and 3rd Squad are now compressed into one squad, due to activity (even if you have numerous amounts of members, you will never get them all in a game.) . Our current number is now 25 players in 1st Squad, we will maximize 1st squad to 26 members. If u want to play as a MilSim, try 26th MEU!

Update: Operation Red Hammer: 26th MEU secured the South Coast of Zagoria and are now moving up north into the mainlands. Camp Toronto at Balota, will be finished in a couple of weeks. Layout Update: The M27IAR is again replaced by the M249 due to specific roles within fireteams. Also, 26th MEU now has 26 Members on roster and is therefor opening 3rd Squad. Dedicated: This Month, 26th MEU will be running two dedicated servers. A 24 Slot Server and a 30 Slot Server. Age Requirement: The age requirement is now set to 16 + If u want to play on a realistic way, try 26th MEU!

Weekly Update: Operation: Operation Red Hammer is going very well. The south coast of Zagoria Province ( Chernarus) is almost completly cleared. The remaining Chedaki troops in will be destroyed in upcoming operations / patrols. Also US Forces are working on Camp Toronto, wich will be placed next to Balota Airfield. Available Positons: 0311 Rifleman Layout update: We are now introducing the M27IAR in our squads which mainly takes over the M249 SAW. Currently 2nd Squad is still filling up. 26th MEU Dedicated Server: We are soon going to expand the Dedicated server to 30 slots! Donations: Donations are not a requirement in this unit, but are always much appreciated! Age Requirement: Next month, 26th MEU will increase its age minimum up to 16+. I liked the mission, although I had little FPS lag. :D
