Simply as that. Tried to solve checking the integrity, unistalled twice, restarted PC. Nothing to do. No error. Note I have more then 70 games on Steam (this include the entire Arma saga) and this is the very first time I have a trouble just starting a game, expeciallu using Steam. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I noticed this in C:\Users\\My Documents\CarrierCommand\ Log C:\Users\MAX\Documents\CarrierCommand\error.log started at 24.06. 08:04:49 Loading config '$profile:ccsettings.xml' IFileSystemWin32::RequestPage->ReadFile failed with >GetLastError 87 Can't load config 'ccsettings.xml' because of 'Error document empty.' -
Steam won't launch game, just says "Performing first time setup" then stops
