User "banned" from my server, but not in bans.txt

Hello, Just as the title states, i have a user (Zaxter) trying to connect to my server, it shows as banned when he trys to connect. He can connect to any other server just fine. My log shows this, no ID is being displayed. His IP is not banned nor is his GUID :confused: Thanks in advance. EDIT: Found a Ban.txt file and found a single id there, deleted it and he can get on now. Must have been some sort of hack?
