    The Iraqi Warfare Mod [Alpha]

Greetings, I believe I may of come across a minor conflict between this mod and Community Base Addons. The issue appears to be with the Offroad skins for this mod, but doesn't effect anything else for some reason. Whenever I have CBA activated, all of the Offroads on all three factions load with the vanilla FIA camo schemes. I do apologize if this issue has been addressed before, but I couldn't seem to find it in any previous post. Like I said, everything else about the mod works absolutely fine and no other vehicles are effected by CBA. it's a minor annoyance if anything, considering I just have to disable CBA for the issue to be resolved. It is worth mentioning though for perhaps a patch down the road or something.
  2. To avoid any confusion, I am running Arma: Cold War Assault on my MacBook Pro threw a service known as playonmac. My problem is not playing the game itself, it runs like a champ without any problems. No, my issue is getting the FFUR mod's to work for me. In particular, I'm trying to get the FFUR 85' 2008 edition to work, or the older desert, woodland, and winter mods. The installation runs fine for all of these mods in playonmac, but I'm having trouble creating a shortcut and finding the correct location to install these mods to. I would really appreciate it if anyone familiar with playonmac, or if someone who has had a similar experience with mods in Cold War Assault, could assist me in getting these to work. Any and all help would be very appreciated.

    Cold War Assault: FFUR mods

Ok, I renamed it ffur85w, put it into the CWA folder, removed the CWA folder from the virtual drive so I could choose ColdWarAssault.exe as the path, and then I got this when I clicked the exe... http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-08at45225PM.png (316 kB) Did I do something wrong?

    Cold War Assault: FFUR mods

Ok, so here is what I've done. Playonmac let's me create a shortcut after I download the mod threw the configuration feature shown here. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-07at93949PM.png (430 kB) As you can see, I created a separate folder for the mod. I can set the shortcut to move to that folder like so http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-07at94236PM.png (333 kB) But what do I move the shortcut into it? That's my problem I think. Can't find the correct location to place it.

    Cold War Assault: FFUR mods

No there isn't, but I can choose to install the FFUR mods basically anywhere I want except playonmac. Your correct about the mods wanting to out of default install to the OFP location. I alway's change that of course because it does not exist. Yes, it's quite easy to install the mod to a standard folder and then move it into the CWA folder. I've tried it before and it works without a problem, but I get stuck after that point. Is my problem just the shortcut then? Oh, and what you saw before is the layout of a mac folders structure. It's very simple. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-07at14324PM.png (428 kB) All that stuff above the folder is just how you want to organize the content inside the folder itself. By icons (what I use), by list, columns, and so on.

    Cold War Assault: FFUR mods

Well, I guess you could say the folder is playonmac. Basically all of the game data is available from the services dashboard as you can see in this photo http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-07at123710AM.png (475 kB) If I click on the directory, everything comes up in a new folder like so. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g291/eggcimpprr456/Military%20Intelligence/Screenshot2012-08-07at123737AM.png (316 kB) It's supposed to be an easier alternative to a basic wineskin wrapper, but I'm not so sure that's the case with mods. Does this help at all?
