Arma3 terrain looks like crap plain and simple. You can excuse it however you like but it is poor and I am personally a little disappointed by it.

I am not talking about map markers. I am talking about the waypoint marker on your screen after you left shift+click a point on your map. I can appreciate it's transparency so it doesn't interfere with your view, but it is so light that I'm often struggling to even find it on my screen. Maybe my eyes are going bad. Does anyone know if you can mess with either the transparency or color of this marker? Thank you

Aha. I did just do that. I just downloaded the nearly 400MB patch (with patch notes saying fog has been added) and my version still appears to be 0.55. At least that's what I'm seeing on the bottom right of my start screen. I also can not join nearly 90% of the Wasteland servers because they are saying they require 0.54 and I can only join the 0.55 servers. Can anyone help explain this?
