See thread title. Is it possible to somehow get the inverted Y axis turned on when entering heli's or planes while not having it on when on foot?

What do you mean? This change has nothing to do with DayZ. If anything, the DayZ community frowns upon this change. This change has been demanded and created to please people like you, the actual arma 2 players. Thats why we DayZ players are so mad right now. Our game is getting ruined because you want to play call of duty.

Yeah nice, you guys have done it. In a single patch you Arma 2 "realistic simulator" idiots managed to ruin Dayz. Almost your entire playerbase exists out of people who have never done a single reall arma 2 match and you decide to just ruin it. Someone elaborate, how is taking 6 .45 bullets to the chest and still being in perfectly good health realistic? How is having a entire mp5 mag unloaded on you without it even scratching you realistic? You Arma 2 retards are just a bunch of CoD kiddies that wanna run around and hit headshots or gtfo.
