I kept messing with it untill I happened to get it to install, at least it appaers to be installing, I appreciate your help, thank you.

So I picked this up off steam have no idea what I am doing no directions and launching from steam throws an error, No entry '.profilepathdefault'. I have been seaching for the answers on this forum and the things outhers have tried haven't been working I tried clicking the exe for both games from steam and the main directoriesbut I just get errors and then a little consol pops up in the top left corner with these numbers in it 22:16:07 which is the time I clicked the exe. The directories look like there isn't enough files I figure steam would download a working game but it's most certainly broken. If anyone has any sugestions I would really appreciate it, thank you. PS, I just wanted the base Arma2 & OA I don't know why steam gave me the server versions?
