Hi community! After I did retexture of MBT Kuma on last week, I`ve been asked to do retexture of MSE-3 Marid as "AAV7 of the future". So... This is a small retexture of CSAT MSE-3 Marid. It can be useful for BLUFOR side as Assault Amphibious Vehicle. Hello! I`m a newbie in scripting, I can only change some variables in scrips, but nothing more and I need help. I`m working on a mission where you need to destroy facility, which lays on bottom of a mountain by a snow slide, caused by controlled detonation. (Maybe some old fans remember mission in C&C: Generals with Col. Burton doing same stuff) So - I have a Col.Burton, I have a snow slide script idea, but I dont have any ideas how can I do an mountain rope script :) I know there is a "ropeCreate" command, but I have no clue how can I make a rope being flexible as AGM ropes are (they are acting with some kind of physics) and how can I attach player to that rope, so he can just have come down. I`ve looked through AGM fastrope.pbo, but it didn`t help me... Can someone please help me? :rolleyes:

Used last version of AC-130, no other addons launched. These errors accompaying this addon since first release. Hello squads and players! I`m an Arma 3 player looking for a squad or a group of players sharing same interests in playing. I`m a Russian/English speaking player. Russian: Fluent English: Advanced+/Elite How I may be helpful: I`m playing Arma 2 since July 2010 and Arma 3 since it appeared, so I have some experience in: Developer skills (I`m not a God-level developer though) 3d mission design: I`m a skillful user of 3d editor. I LIKE 3d design of missions. , so If you need some new cities with whole infrastructure in it - call me. Mission scripts editing: I`m a skillful mission editor. I can understand and edit mission script code, BUT - I`m not skillful script-writer. I can script something simple. Addon editing: I`m a good addon editor. I have experience in model retexturing and I have experience in Config editing and writing. BUT I don`t know how to make 3d model and implement it into game. Mind this: I will help you if you ask me, but I would not give my whole time to do this job for squad. Gaming skills: I`m good battle and cargo helicopter pilot. I`m good cargo plane pilot. I`m good vehicle driver. I`m good at battle-surviving. - I`m bad jet-plane pilot. I`m bad sniper. What i`m looking for: Squads with Semi-active and active firefights at missions or interesting operations. I`m not looking for: Training over playing squads, checkpoint-milsim, marching/formation making-milsim and so on. Arma is milsim game, but it`s still a game. I can`t waste time on it. And I would not be able to play on almost every weekend. -

Hello Stiltman! Is it possible to make magazines for your machineguns with texture of ammobelt or at least invisible magazine? Tried with dev build - works fine, thank you. But "thank you" dev build, all sounds from addon weapons disappeared. So, for this moment, I have to do all the work in 3d editor on dev build and play without it, reinstalling 833 Mb =))

Update - I`m not using dev build. It worked perfectly at the the beginning of this week.

I can`t remember, but there were no special ways or problems with retexturing those things. Everything is inside of PBO file. Open it, it will answer your questions. -

If you can suggest me how to do that via Notepad++, please tell me =) Thank you! Well, I`m doing a addon pack for my A3 unit where we use another retexture of Gorgon as OpFor vehicle, so we don`t need it right now. I think one day I`ll do that, but before that I`ll do retexture of T-100, Tempest/Kamaz and Buzzard/Some other plane. So it wouldn`t be soon, sorry =) -
Do I need ask for porting? As I said, there are almost no changes in code, just those of them, which have to be made to work in A3.

I saw that, but it seems, that those tiny parts are not placed on texture images, that are mentioned in vehicle config. I checked vehicle config and didnt find any other texture, other than Turret and MainBody textures: hiddenselections[] = {"Camo1", "Camo2"}; hiddenselectionstextures[] = {"A3\armor_f_epb\apc_tracked_03\data\apc_tracked_03_ext_indp_co.paa", "a3\armor_f_epb\apc_tracked_03\data\apc_tracked_03_ext2_indp_co.paa"}; It looks like Warrior takes those parts from other texture image, included in game, but not mentioned in config. What is correct way to load vehicle inside of plane? I tried to move Kuma,Warrior,Hunter inside of plane, but stucked at the end of the ramp.Just like invisible wall. But it can be attached at that position (outside of plane)
