How do I update my drivers and check my temps? And how do I find the specific model of my laptop? Sorry I just play games I don't know much about the actual computer :o

Well when I run around my fps is fine enough that I can live with, and I think my drivers are up to date any other ideas?

I'm defiantly not sure what this is... But I really need your help. I just bought the game (Combined Operations) and on both of the games this happens. Please help though, I don't want to waste 30 dollars on this game :(. Heres my specs:
