So about 3 weeks ago iw as playing perfectly, 60 FPS high graphics settings and then I come to play today and its stuttering. And the stuttering is odd in that it acts like a sine wave it goes up and then down up and down. So I'll be getting 60FPS go down to 3-4 and then back up to 60 and then down again.
