    CO-Editor Waypoint bug?

You can see that a WP is set for player. What I was trying to do set the WP for the tank. No matter where, it's only possible to specify the player's unit's WP, even from this side to that side of the map.

    CO-Editor Waypoint bug?

Sorry my words were a little hard to get. The point is I just can't specify the waypoint for ANY unit EXCEPT the PLAYER. Whenever I try to set a waypoint, for a soldier, a tank or plane, it's impossible, the newly create waypoint is still for the player no matter what. I assume it may not be a bug but I've done something wrong? Thanks for your reply.
  3. I've been playing with the editor for a while. But not until I read the Manual by AFOF_Murdock that I realized something: When I put one unit (unit 1: player) then two more and set waypoint for each unit. I click to select and F4, then double click on the map, after setting the Waypoint I realized that it always starts from unit 1 (player). No matter which unit I intent to set the waypoint for, it's always for the player. If I set the next WP, again, click my desired unit then set WP on map, it will continue the previous WP (Player). What have I done wrong? Or this's really a bug? I am using OA with all ARMA 2 contents loaded as a mod. Thanks guy.
  4. Sorry I searched for the old thread. Nope using the newest ACE. Thanks anyway.

    ACE for OA 1.13

Recently I installed ACE 2 (1.3), extracted the userconfig for it to look like userconfig/ace/*.hpp. But when start I get this error: Problem is, I don't even have that file (At first I thought I might just need to create/move some hpp files). How am I supposed to get this file? I googled but looked like no one has encountered this error before. Help please.
  6. The ACE thread got closed so I have to ask here. Recently I installed ACE 2 (1.3), extracted the userconfig for it to look like userconfig/ace/*.hpp. But when start I get this error: Problem is, I don't even have that file (At first I thought I might just need to create/move some hpp files). 7. I have a problem here. I'm running Windows 7 64. Have all Arma 2 and OA contents (I launch the game with OA, with all ARMA 2 contents confirmed fully loaded, since I don't know how you define "Combined Operation"). I tried to delete the relevant PBO (Piat or something) and this still happens. Help please.
  8. Guess what? You solved the problem, totally. Although It'd take a while backtracking the progress, I'd like to thank you a lot. Something must be (personally) wrong with your rifles mod and the fix just got it nicely rectified. What a relief! I can actually play Arma now. Still, can you help me reading the config *.bin files?
  9. It won't budge, same error. But I didn't mention something first: I owned ARMA II and OA (Stand Alone). I combined them by using the Addons folder of ARMAII as a mod. No startup error, but it's possible this caused the problem. The only thing I'm confused is how the hell rki_base is involved in such, since my ARMA II is mod-free. It's all vanilla. Any more idea guys? TIA.
  10. Wow! I've just waiting for last seconds of the download of NAF and thought I might just track the thread, you reply telling me to do the same! Testing now. I'll report back soon.
  11. I appreciate the help, tom3kb. I have listed all rki mods, take a look at the second picture. ... Thanks for your reply, R0adki11. I appreciate the help and currently I'm currently happy with the editor now (since there're tons of mods to test out) but yet I haven't found the problem. Take a look at these two screenshots: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1340882/Photos/Temp/Arma%20error%201.jpg (130 kB) As you can see I was trying to resume the very official campaign of the game (it does happen to all playable missions). I restarted the mission, save and resume immediately without exiting the game (ensuring no file/folder structure's been altered) but this error keep popping up. Then I tried to list all "rki_*" prefixed-files and found these (being used in game) I tried to "trick" the game by cloning rki_backpacks.pbo and rename it to rki_base.pbo (just realized how stupid this is) but at no use, still that error. The remaining addons are the ones used in-game. Currently I'm living in the editor, trying every single piece of item just to feel how good this game is. Leaving the missions there (as well as tons of custom mission on Armaholic). I'd thank a million times if you could somehow take a deeper look at the error and help me solve it (I'm not dying to play, just take you time) :) By the way. Is there a way to "re-class" the custom addons? (like having one originally from USMC changed to Russia, or Air to Special Vehicles) or can you just help me with reading the *.bin config files. "Config Editor `Laza" seems to be a good tool but I just can't find it, the site that hosted this is down.
  12. So I got "You can not play/edit this mission" error upon resuming ANY missions, from BIS to custom missions. The only problem seems to be clear that the addon "rki_base" is missing. After going through some mod folders I found some addons with the same names like rki_rifles.pbo and rki_backpacks.pbo. But rki_base, never heard of it. So I'd be thankful if someone knows this addon and where to get it. I've been in editor all day because I cannot resume any mission!
